The Ru Lai Buddha, also known as the Buddha of Sakyamuni, is the founder of Buddhism. He's a primary figure in the religion and is regarded as the Supreme Buddha in most Buddhist traditions.

This Buddha's hands are in the Varada mudra or gesture, which symbolizes charity, compassion, and boon-granting. The five extended fingers symbolize these five Buddhist perfections: generosity, morality, patience, effort, and meditative concentration.
