We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental US. Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days via UPS or USPS.
What is your return policy for online orders?
You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that certain perishables and personal care items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
Are the products sold online the same as those in your NYC stores?
While we strive to offer our full catalog online, some unique ceramics and oversized furniture pieces are exclusive to our physical New York City locations due to their fragile nature.
